Dr. Jayson Davenport, IIHead of School/ School Administrator

Dr. Davenport is a dedicated and experienced educational leader with a strong commitment to fostering a Christ-centered learning environment. With 15 years of experience as an early childhood educator and 8 years as a Senior Pastor, Dr. Davenport brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in creating an atmosphere that nurtures academic excellence, character development, and spiritual growth.

Jayson holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science, a Masters degree in Education and a Doctorate degree in Theology. This journey has allowed him to gain a solid foundation in educational leadership and administration. Grounded in his personal relationship with Christ, Jayson leads by example, encouraging students, staff and parents to grow spiritually and integrate biblical values into every aspect of their lives.

Throughout his career, Dr. Davenport has demonstrated a deep passion for academic excellence. He collaborates closely with educators to develop and implement innovative curricula that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning. He believes that education should not only equip students with knowledge but also empower them to become compassionate and responsible individuals.

Building strong partnerships with families, churches, and community organizations is another area of expertise for Dr. Davenport. He understands the importance of creating a supportive network that fosters a sense of belonging and actively involves parents and stakeholders in the school community. By engaging the community, he ensures that the school’s mission and values are shared and supported by all.

Mrs. Dominque MorganSchool Counselor/Psychotherapist

Mrs. Dominque Morgan is a dedicated school counselor and psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience in supporting students mental health and well-being. Mrs. Morgan has a Bachelors degree in psychology and early childhood /elementary education and a Masters degree in education. She specializes in helping students navigate challenges such as trauma, coping skills and academic stress. Dominque employs evidence-based therapeutic techniques and fosters a safe, inclusive environment where students feel heard and empowered. Passionate about promoting emotional resilience, she collaborates with educators and parents to create a holistic support system for each student. In her free time, Dominque enjoys traveling, shopping and decorating.
